Yes. I'm registered to work with Aviva, AXA PPP, Bupa, Healix and Vitality, and I also work a couple of days each week as a Bupa therapist. Check your policy for session limits, then get in touch and I can provide anything your insurer needs.
Sessions are held online across the UK, so location is never a barrier. Ecotherapy sessions are held outdoors and arranged directly with me.
No referral is needed. You can self-refer directly, starting with a free 20-minute introductory call.
Yes. Everything you share stays confidential, in line with BACP ethical guidelines and GDPR, other than rare safeguarding exceptions I'd always discuss with you first.
Sessions are 50 minutes at £90. The first introductory call, around 20 minutes, is free.

No. I work with adults from all backgrounds. Queer-informed practice is one of my specialisms, not a limit on who I work with.
